Job Description

Manage & Supervise after sales service team to meet customer satisfaction Build and maintain customer/partner relation both domestic and international Provide Win-Win Solution for both internal and external parties Provide customer satisfaction analyze and proactive action plan to improve customer satisfaction Develop work flow/application tools to maximize “Helpdesk Support (24 hr. x 7 days)” team Provide report to management team


Requirements:

-          Male/Female Thai Nationality. Age 28 – 35 years old

-          Bachelors degree or above in Business, IT, CRM or any related filed

-          At least 5 year experience in customer service or telecom or IT

-          Knowledge in Customer Care / CRM & CEM

-          Technical knowledge in IT, Computer Network, Telecom would be advantage

-          Strong leadership & teamwork skill

-          Good command in English & Computer literate
